Back in Arizona for another special test ride motovlog on the famous 2017 Yamaha r6 ABS model owned by @slickerspeed! I was so excited to not only try her bike out but see what all the hype is about these new gen r6's. Overall it felt amazing to cruise with plenty of power, planted in corners but was not excited about getting the front wheel up. #yamaha #r6 #600cc

ZX-6R is so much better, but like he said you run out of steam at 160.. if you’re going for speed get a big bike if you’re going for city riding, stunting ect 636 all day long.

Its a trackbike tbh, this bike is uncomfortable af on the street, stiff suspension, stiff seating position, aggressive seating. But on track she shines.

Idk why Yamaha thought the R7 could be a contender. They already have the MT07 putting a bodykit on it will never replace the R6

Dank can the aluminum crankcase on a CRF450L that got a thumbnail size hole in it from chain breaking be repaired, or does it require replacing entire left side of case?
It still fires right up but has big oil leak, also I found the piece that broke off?

good thing the owner put the steering damper on. those things are wobble monsters without it. but yeah, they discontinued the street model to push the r7 maybe. you can still get them form yamaha in a track ready model. but thats it. just for that disgrace of an "r7"
R7 is a blessing.
It is intended to get people interested in the 600cc supersport again.

Any tips for a guy that wants to get into stunt riding my only issue is I'm 5ft4 with a 27 inseam and can't ride things like zx6r which is my dream bike

@@stamdar1 it’s a stock bike with a few mods I started doing wheelies on, I am almost certain there is no reverse oil pickup done.

@@578_ heck yeah man! I find 24-30 mph in second has the best clutch ups. I can only ride them for 2-3 seconds tho:/
