Story time...years ago I had gone to a spiritual type of lecture given by a friend of mine. Afterwards we went to Whole Foods before her next lecture. As we were walking out, she was at least 15 feet ahead of me and I saw a figure begin to materialize as a hologram over her...actually it embodied her. Then I began to hear, Metagong over and over. I didn't know who Metatron was at this time. When I approached, I told her of my holographic vision and what I heard. Metagong. She said could it have been Metatron? Again I did not know him yet. She proceeded to thank me for validating her go to angel. I don't know why he allowed me to see him. I never took advantage of him even though I feel a connection with the visitation. I will never forget how he materialized. I'm humbled. End of story.

I never tried to force anything and nothing of any form ever materialized, but I'm OK with that because outside stuff can be a distraction and it's all within anyway. Practice daily thoughtless-awareness-meditation and You'll find out Who and What You are, soon enough. There's much truth in this old saying: I Am not this body I Am not this mind I Am the Spirit.
