When I put my rotor back on it does fit all the way how do I fix that??? I've tried everything.

It’s possibly the parking brake shoes are misaligned or are adjusted out too far. I would try re-centering them and maybe try adjusting them in a bit with the threaded ‘star wheel’ adjuster.
