All you need to do is: 1st step : Open your Lumion and if it's the same problem then proceed to the next step 2nd step : Open your Windows Security and click Virus & threat protection then click the Protection history ( under the Current Threats Portion) 3rd step : Click Filters & click the Quarantined Items -- -- click the latest threat -- -- click Actions then click Restore 4th step : Click Again the Virus & threat protection then click "manage settings" ( under Virus threat protection settings ) 5th step : Look for Exclusions then click "Add or remove exclusions" then click "add an exclusion" 6th step : Click for folder then go to Local disk (c:) ,then click Program Files then find Lumion 11.0 folder and double click it ,then 1 click only for the channels then hit the "Select Folder" Then That's It!! Enjoy your Lumion 11.0 :)
I have found a temporary solution. Do these steps: 1:uninstall completely 2: turn off antivirus protection 3: turn off firewall protection 4:install it but dont work on it yet 6: add in-bound and out-bound rules exceptions 7:start using lumion Since your pc is vulnerable to virus threat, i recommend this solution is only for a few days.
