Sorry to say this but One Piece is not the peak of Shonen, it is how Shonen is done right but not the peak for sure (if you ignore the horrendous pacing), Dragon Ball is honestly the major turning point which renovated the Shonen Genre but that is also not the peak, Hunter X Hunter is Great but not the peak, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is perfect but also not the peak of Shonen, Bleach is the major blue print for the New Gen Shonen (including anime like Chainsaw-Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, etc) but it's also not the peak.
Because the only honoured one is 'Gintama', it's the peak of Shonen 🗿

@@Lord_Aizen17 Honestly if you watch more than 20 Shonen, big and seinen anime then you'll definitely say that JJK is mid and it truly is. The main difference is that JJK has fast story telling than many popular Shonen anime that became one of the major reason to gaining today's popularity.

@@darthvader575 Yeah I watched bleach, also read manga. But I think manga ending need more polishing, like they did to Zero Squad bankai. In Anime, I liked it pretty much but it's story was too much stretched. Although TYBW part 1 was amazing, part 2 was unable to keep the pace and part 3 will be fire 🔥🔥. Bleach is surely better in terms of story but writer could shorten the story and more interesting. Same happened to One Piece anime. But One Piece manga is my favorite manga after Berserk, Vagabond and 20th Century Boys

The funny thing is, most of the toxicity comes from many anime only people and the anime refuses to explain the most interesting facet of Jujutsu Kaisen, which is it's complex power system. Gege has really nailed it on that part.

Agreed that there are very much toxic fans in jjk and it maybe due to new audience and craze of anime. But I also find those Goku fans brain-dead as they always try to compare any new shonen anime character to Goku and all, this literally disrupt the mood of one who is enjoying the new anime rather watching Dragon ball. No doubt Big 3 and Dragon ball are the top tier by story and characters but this doesn't mean you will ruin the new ones which also have decent story and in my view Jjk has that potential to be a good anime with short verse. Also I like Gojo as a side character I don't like him on his looks the his writing which is unique. Story wise Gojo is decent character, there is no reason to compare his out of his verse, he may get beaten in powescaling and sometime character writing but no need to be obsessed with a character.
In 90% of the cases other anime fans start comparing their fav character with goku, whatever you wrote is pure BS. First saitama fans started doing this then OP ans now jjk. There is a reason why only goku is being compared from hulk ans Superman. You wouldn't see other anime characters getting as much comparison as goku. Though I accept goki fans are toxic as well

Now the proof is that anime watcher in india are mostly watches anime in japanese dub is that when jjk 0 movie release in india, it earned more than 7 Cr in India but most of the collection are from japanese dub release and also one piece red movie japanese dub collection was more in india than hindi dub.....
yowai mo,gambare gambare, Ryoiki Tenkai etc are household words among jjk fans in india.........
Just like English is global language for communication, in anime japanese language is most prefered language to watch and its also the original language also...

@HiddenCaliber regarding your video as a manga fan i been jjk fan before the manga was released since i read jjk one shot (volume 0) it had already hype since its first chapter it was loved by manga community in fact it already had anime talks since volume 3 release a lot of manga fans already new it was going to be successful its the most modern version of the shonen gege the creator was a genius he made manga from the very start as if it was sucessful it had all the elements to hook you and thats the speciality of jjk its an industry plant at its finest it was published in biggest selling magazine had great volume sales even surpassed one piece in per volume sale during its first episode .jjk was destined to be successful mangaka made an series that feels modern and modernized alot of tropes from the battle of the strongest to its power system to its series often tone shifts that's what made it successful its just enjoyment at it finest made for younger audience from one liner dialogues which can go popular to cool posses to handsome characters to death shocks to lore everything was made not for just people who read anime but for younger audience jjk has lot of western media influence on its fights and storylines also its lore is appealing lot of asians as it heavily uses Buddhism as its lore base its simply a modern fine tuned shonen its not trying to anything another it has lot of plot holes lack of proper character depth and a clumsy power system but its not trying be the best anime in writing
