Hi steve miltech has not implemented VNAV yet but LNAV does work. Also to use autothrottle you need to push on the SPD HOLD button to set your desired speee and to climb or descend you need to set your altitude with the altitude knob and them press on the split axis button to enable V/S and to climb you need to do it at, at least 2000 fpm, with an speed of at least 250 kts. And to use ils you need to tune the CRS and frequency on the screen and remember to hit the approach button and turn the knob to VOR/ILS

I have not seen the C-17 in career mode... But I am hopeful in the future itll be in there

Before i forget in order for this plane to follow the flightplan the knob needs to be set to MSN
