Im from Lucknow, Visit Tundey Kabab in Telibagh Railbareli Road for the real experience, that branch keeping the same original flavour, also do not visit Idris Briyani, that place is total piece of overrated crap and unhygienic, Visit Lalla Biryani, and Don't forget to try Muradabadi Biryani and Briyani By Kilo, you can order that online. Also do visit Narayan Veg Kabab in Naka near main railway station.. I'll keep adding more here in replies
Visit Topkhana Market in Cantonment area, you will have some of the best momos with authentic taste bc they are mostly from north east and some from Nepal as well
