Nice side rails. Love the baja bugs. My first car ever was a home made VW rail buggy. At 14yrs old. Had the chrome trumpet header pipe. I loved the sound of that old bug. I picked it up for $350. Came with 6 sets of extra wheels & tires. Plus a set of rear adapters and rims with 36 x 12 tires. I kept burning up my throw out bearing when I ran those big wheels. Also had a set of VW rims with new unused steel studded snow tires. Bought it with money I earned growing tobacco. Had a blast with it. Swallowed lots of dust.

The trans uses a Bus to Bug midsection so the bug nosecone will fit.
