Cool primer, I'd kind of forgotten all the background stuff about the Wyrm, Wylde, etc, because it doesn't really matter in the day to day life of your Werewolf.
I've always found Werewolf to be the most "playable" of the World of Darkness games, whereas most of the others are about how doomed your character is, in Werewolf at least you get to go down fighting. It also doesn't distract the party by forcing them to go hunting for blood every night.

I've been running WtA for almost 2 decades; you've done a great job in this series providing information. I find myself watching these as a refresher as I patiently await the new game.

@@عبدالله-ب5ج7ر yes. I'm a little disappointed that you're race and auspice are already pre-chosen, but I've been wanting a werewolf game for a very long time. I hope it does well so that maybe we can get a follow-up that allows you to pick your race, auspice, and tribe.

This is way different than the 90s/2000 editions. I think I like the older lore better.
Fair enough. I went with 20th Anniversary as it was the most current at the time.

This really takes me back. I was Storyteller in a WTA game for the better part of 15 years, got burnt out, and the campaign ended. I miss those days.
A muse is found in the strangest of places. Perhaps you should find a group to play with.
Instead of running the game, you could find a character to focus on. Been running a campaign for 23 years. It is better to get back to basics.

Auspice is determined by the moon one is -born- under not the moon of one’s first change. (Usually during a full or gibbous moon for most Garou due to the difficulty to resist frenzy)
Ever since we Stargazers left the tribes and went back to the Hengeyokai we keep being omitted from videos like these. Shame, as we're the few that recognize the Weaver as the true enemy.😉

First off Excellent Job, Great Video makes wanna start rereading all my W20 books, My only question is I thought that there were 13 tribes, what happen to the Stargazers. I know that the Stargazers were withdrawing from the Garou Nation and would be returning to Asia to join with the Beast Courts. Where you going by Werewolf 20 or by the earlier stuff. and again great video

Well that is pretty kool of all your listing and I've been a White Wolf fan since "96 and was my first intro to rpg been a huge fan of comics, movies and video games especially the rpg and hack-n-slash.
Bro they need to add destruction physics of Just cause 3 into the game just destroy a pentex factory and see lots of explosions go off as the factory crumbles to the ground in flames I just love destroying shit in games and if they let us destroy factories it's an automatic love for me if the video game ever comes out that is

my bud's introduction of me into WTA included 'Changing Breeds' expansion, so i'm getting the fun of having to be a master of stealth Camazotz in our game presently. :)
the game's lore is pretty massive as you'd mentioned too, even just hitting the very basic points before they delve into the huger world like you mentioned leaves a lot of areas to learn and explore on :) (hell, i learned a shitton of the tribes just now watching this!)

i would love to play this as video game and as a tabeltop rpg with friends i like vampire the masqurade bloodlines but it has bugs yes i can fix those with a patch but still i like werewolf more than vampires

Good going here with this. Just two details for me to quibble about. First, I thought the 3 members of the Triat were the Weaver, the Wyrm, and the *Dreamer* (from whom we get the Fae or "Fairy" races), and that the Dreamer went off all dejected when the other two each decided their way was the right and only one. Second, you didn't mention the Garou group called the "Black Spiral Dancers". Is my info outdated?
Timelord2001 Well first throughout all Werewolf books that part of the Triat you're thinking of is called the Wyld. Second I did mention the BSD when I covered the antagonists.

Thanks alot! Also: with 2018 wrapping up soon and information on the game still being quite sparse, do you think the game will come out and if yes, when do you predict this would happen?
I've gone over this with a friend. Cyanide seems to be more focused on Call of Cthulhu atm, which imo is the right call for them to make. Once Cthulhu's out they'll start focusing on Werewolf: Earth Blood. We can likely expect more buzz in early 2019.
