We watch moments of relaxation of the swimmers and the cinematographer’s friends on the beach of Kos, the island of Hippocrates.
We see small tables on the beach with wine and delicacies that contribute to the enjoyment of the filmmaker’s company.
The filmmaker enjoys swimming in the crystal clear waters of the sea and an old man, who sits in a chair, rests his feet in the sea water leaning on his cane and looking curiously at the lens.
The film closes with a bottle of wine, a wine glass with the nectar of the enjoyment inside of it and a pack of cigarettes with "Kos 1966” written on it, with the castle of Neratzia visible in the background.
