Let's set this straight. Paul Pierce is a better overall player than Klay, and he can carry his own team better than Klay, but he is nowhere near the shooter that Klay is. And Klay can literally go on any team in NBA history and instantly make that team better while Pail Pierce cannot because Klay doesn't need the ball to be effective. Klay like KD and also like Curry all moves extremely well without the ball and they all don't need to control the ball to be effective.
