For the price, the RN 13 pro wins hands down. Snapdragon, 200mp, 5100mAh with 67W charging, earphone jack, dolby vision, higher res & ppi, IR blaster. What's missing from the redmi are wifi 6 and better ingress protection plus no 4k front facing cam shooting.
Just No Charger out of the box & No headphones jack is deal breaker for me. Even though I am not listening to music wired all the time, i like to have that option when i want to use it. I like that Xiaomi keeping it in their budget series.
Redmi phones are meant to be used for a year and a half. after that the hardware greatly deteriorates and the software updates are no longer there. but i love them either way
But after 1y I'm sure Samsung will perform better 2y and 3y, Samsung will continue good performance compared to the redmi. I have used and still using Redmi so I know the cons.
