Hi Annie, thanks for your reply. I just checked the link you gave me. It seems that I can’t access to the subscription lessons without entering my Visa card. I know there are some free lessons in your channel like 365 Vietnamese lessons, but these are all sentences instead of a complete article like in your Annie’s diaries. I like this series of Annie’s lessons very much, because you are telling your own story using “I”, the first person instead of dead dialogues like in the books, what’s your name, my name is John. How are you, I’m fine and you. Things like this. These are too dead not the ones that you use in the real life and not interesting at all. So it’s difficult to listen to them for many times. Tell you what, I’m always going to bed listening to your Annie’s diaries for many times. Hope there are more of this kind of videos. Thanks so much. Hugs.

Example from another language - in modern Hebrew, the way to say "totally dark" is "choshech Mitzraim", literally "dark of Egypt", alluding to the Biblical 10 plagues visited on Egypt, one of which was darkness.
