I have to thank you for being so open and straight foward about stress, anxiety and mental health. i feel like a lot of people choose not to talk about it (which is totally fine and understandable) but to hear and understand that other people also struggle with it really helps when it comes to understanding you are not the only person that goes through that type of stuff in the world.
