Coming towards the end of our Thursdays Blasts this season, we are running out of light fast. 4 up we spent the first 11 miles with a tail wind and averaged 26mph at that point. The route back home was another matter altogether, really hard work but we kept our heads downed made it back with a decent avg and a great workout.
