I also got a bite on my upper thigh that is strange, but itś better and periodic little needle sticks. I keep praying, shielding, grounding and praying for us light workers and for all of creation. This is their last, desperate, mad gasp. They know it´s over. . . We must stay behind God´s Fire Wall of protection. I love you!

I felt negative energies while I rid on the bus. It felt like starking knives, not physically knives but the noise I could hear the noises the energies felt like a buzz, like steel cracking. What I can recommend in your case is learn to hold your breathe longer from freediver tutorials just in case st similar happens in future. " How I Learned to Hold My Breath for 4 Minutes "

Physical bodies are only for use in the classroom, which is basically whatever planet you decide to incarnate on the whole purpose of a physical body is to be an avatar for the purpose of learning once you are done with the class you are taking on earth you no longer need the physical body, and you take on your tainbow light body when you go to heaven
