Cardiac is better than perfusion based on scope
Perfusion technology is better than Cardiac Technology in terms of job opportunities and Physician Assistant is better than these 2 courses.

As far as I know JIPMER is the only government institution to offer BSc in Cardiac Laboratory Technology to students from any state, govt medical institutions in tamil nadu do offer the course, but it is only for TN students.

@@AmandeepSingh-em4pyyup, internship prepares you in all aspects of cardiac care technolgy wherein you can specialize later either by pursuing MSc in Echocardiography/ MSc in Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Technology or by taking up a job.
