The moment i realized i was so far from the shore, I tried to stand up and i can't reach the floor haha. I just floated on my back again and started paddling my feet until I'm on shore again. I had a crazy sunburn when we got home lol

I drifted to deeper part while i was doing that floating on your back thingn when i was a kid, No tube, no floaties or whatsoever.
i was just chilling and floating and when i opened my eyes and look at the beach it was further than what i expected. And my feet couldn't touch the sand anymore

Thats dangerous bro, you need another ability to survive that besides swimming; the ability to stay calm and not panic. Happened to me once, i drifted really far, i know how to swim and thats precisely why none of my friends tried to bother me. Luckily, i at least know you wont drown in the ocean as long as you have air. Take short breaths while maintaining a lot of air whenever i got tired. And i slowly was able to reach the beach.
