I binge watched you for the last 4 days, my problem is im too shy to do the hip thrust, or sitting reverse on the bench , im so grateful for you ,i remind me when i used to buy all the magazines like oxygen, fit , hers i boxed for over 20 years, 0 confidence in regular gym so many mirrors
