  • Adrian Davis, one of YNW Melly’s friends, was called to testify by the defense Tuesday morning. Davis testified that he, YNW Melly, YNW Bortlen, YNW Juvy, and YNW SakChaser were best friends, always got along, and they never got into any arguments. YNW Melly is on trial for the double murder of YNW Juvy and YNW SakChaser.

For this story to be believed, surely the defence needed to call the driver of the red Mitsubishi to testify that Melly ended up in that vehicle. It’s definitely possible perjury or he telling the truth. Since he has a good character we have to accept his testimony. The police should have questioned him along with everyone in that house and seized their phones Melly would have asked to use someone’s phone to help find his but the police and the prosecutor are incompetent even the prosecutor could have ordered/reminded the police go get statements from everyone and search that house for bloody clothes, search Melly room for GSR so many missed opportunities.
