just everytime u close charles/it does work tho, however charles has like a 30 min usage limit so u would have to redo the process but i assume the codes u enter and save will stay in those boxes (unless u remove them),, if u would want the animations and background to stay put- i believe u would have to purchase the full extension of charles so it wudnt automatically close.
It alters the cache of the game so you don’t have to have Charles open at all! It stays like this forever. Unless you reinstall msp or delete msp Cache.

to delete the folder MSPTEMPCACHE in %temp% you have to click the windows key on your keyboard (next to alt) and the key R
