I see alot of ankle-breaking moves. Looks smooth, but for me, that's too much pressure on the ankles and knees! I want to skate when I'm an old man! So I will never do that!
So true I am 47 and can't imagine being able to do many of those moves. Nothing but respect!
For sure, the only ache should be worked muscles, if it's painful that's tendons and joints.. that's no skating as ya get older.. skate should feel like your fluid .. like water
