“Ultimately you have two currencies. The performance currency and the relationship currency. You’ve got to deliver and you’ve got to have your relationships.” Most of us never really internalize this. Thank you for bringing Uma to the show.

This one hit home for me! Sometimes we put to much focus on the performance currency, when relationship currency can make all the difference. Thank you for your comment and I hope you enjoyed the conversation with Uma!

Thank you for that vulnerability, Uma.. it’s evident in your voice, but the power and strength in the way you carry yourself, and the conviction in your message.. came out a lot stronger.
It’s rare that I see a woman leader speaks that way. It is.. Raw.. as Real as it gets. and.. Refreshing.
And of course, I just have to say this again. You carry that haircut like a Boss. It’s sassy and it speaks Personality. Feminine classy with just a touch of masculine. The kind of balance I’m always in awe with.
And to Rodrigo Canelas of Something Bigger, the way you bring out the vulnerability and the best in people.. is phenomenal.
    Warmest regards,
    Mona

I really enjoyed listening to you Uma. Thanks for sharing your vulnerable story with us, I feel very inspired by your words. Thanks for giving us women the tools we need to feel more confident through your own personal experiences, and also reminding us women to be mindful about discovering our femininity and not to compromise on this. It’s also mind opening to hear about “women are over mentored and under sponsored.”thanks for shedding light on this.
Looking forward to seeing more videos from you!
    Olivia 😊
