My Mother made Hummingbird cake that was amazing. I had never had Italian Cream cake until I went to Alaska for a friend's wedding. I fell in love with it, begged for the recipe and came home and made it for my Mother. It became her favorite cake but I haven't made it since she passed. After watching your video I made one. Our pastor would get one every year. My best friend's daddy pastored our church when she was a little girl. She would tell me how they looked forward to Mrs Alberta's Italian Cream Cake every Christmas. My mother-in-law said they froze very well. She would make them ahead of time and pull them out of the freezer before giving them away. I love all your videos, but today's video brought back some special memories for me. I was blessed to have Alberta in my life and as a mother-in-law. Thank You!!
