    As an American, coaching here in the Netherlands, this is a great drill for the u14 that didn't grow up with basketball... Definitely doing this one tomorrow

    When coach says "Break the Glass" I'd love to see that explained a bit more. I guess it refers to stepping between the two defenders?

      It means when you rip the ball from side to side, you do it fast enough and strong enough to "break glass".

      He goes over it more in the DVD, if i recall its using for foot to step through the defender and not retreating/turning your back

      There is an invisible pane of glass between the offensive and defensive players. If the defensive enters your space (breaking the glass) you need to break the glass in return. Pivot through the glass to stay on the offensive. If the defender breaks the glass and you pivot backwards it will probably end up as a turnover.
