    If I calculate the concentration of HX for 4.3 correctly but not sure if it’s right in the exam should I just use the one given in 4.4?

      Yes always use the exam one if you are unsure

      I think you would get error carried forward, no matter which no. you used

    On part 4.3 wouldn’t HX be the weak acid instead of NaOH since that is a strong base

    @ 5:40 why do we use the end point moles when the Q asked for the concentration in the OG solution ? I don't get that bit

      Because at the end point the mol of OH- is equal to the initial mol of HX, this is why you get the steep change in pH.
