I subscribed to you because of one of your cooking videos, and now I discover these travel videos that remind me of exotic stories from my childhood ! Thank-you, and have a great 2012! (It is New Year's Eve as I write this.)
LOL! good point. I take what they say with a grain of salt, I am sure they remove their venom. For me it's more about sharing the surrounding and Moroccan culture, than making exact documentaries, so it does not bother me as much. but good point and I am with you on that :-) thank you for watching my videos! cheers alia
yeah that's a great idea! I wish I could but my schedule is kind of hectic and when I try to reserve some free time for the cooking videos :-) you can checkout my website , I have a section about Morocco with some pics, paintings, and links. one my goals is to update that section in the near future :-) glad you enjoyed the videos :-) cheers
I would agree that a voice-over would improve the overall of quality but I disagree strongly that without it they are "bullshit". I think that my videos share my love of Morocco and our culinary traditions and that is far from "bullshit".
@smd388 Who told you he spoke Arabic?? That was Darija, a new Moroccan dialect that supposes to function as a unifying language for the different tribes in Morocco, who did not always understood each other in the past. It has some Arabic words but 80 per cent is just North African, which you also might know as Berber. Besides that, Moroccans speak also French, because their past with the French. Peace
@cookingwithalia Nice video thanks...and good answer, but I dont think that guy knows how to speak proper english so dont worry :-). Are your from marrakech?.

IT ISN'T A FLUTE IT IS CALLED "ZURNA" OR " MIZMAR " GET IT RIGHT !
What this man said is all lies.remove the fangs from the snake and it will not bite nor will it inject its venom.clever ain't it?
May your Allah hold you responsible for what you did to those poor snakes! animal cruelty. disgraceful!
