This will become the next brawler robot. Also… from the games I played, the rust weapons were very effective at killing me. If you have Tamer, Damper, Subduer (the level of these weapons doesn't matter but rather the rust effect) make sure to run them in your hangar. Also in the first game that Raven was doing a number on me. If I was hit by rust I probably wouldn't have survived his attacks.
It dont matter if someone hits u with rust weapons cuz u have the Avalon ship and it provides immunity to Negative effects.the raptor can be killed early on in the the match before it has charged up the mothership ( avalon) but with the new weapons being able to charge up motherships faster than other weapons ( typical pixo behavior) good luck killing a well played raptor.
@@John-uo6jj That's only if they can charge up the mothership. I think someone mentioned in Pixonic's chat that the charge has been adjusted but I haven't looked at my footage carefully. From what it seems it's charging up slower than before so it seems like they might have adjusted it.
I lost count of the times you said "he almost got me" as your HP climbed back to over 400k. Lol. This thing is unstoppable. I've encounted a couple and the only one I've managed to kill so far was from a safe distance with Blight Dagon.
Agree -- the NEW "Ocho" (aka Raptor) now reins. Came across squads with them.. even with my MK3 Currie and Ultimate Avengers (with Pascal drone MAX) was challenging. Will swamp out an Ultimate Avenger for a Subduer). See how that goes...
The crazy thing is that Bulgasari is even worse. I’ve seen a few Eiffels even struggling to break through that shield with bendy bullets… Imagine a lineup with Raptor, UE Fenrir, UE Bulgasari, Ochokochi and the Shenlou along with the Bedwyr. You can wipe out an entire squad in a TDM
in that second game you actually had 4 out of the 6 of the pathfinder speed and attack increase which means you had an extra 40% speed and 80% damage that is why you were melting the titans
The raptor is maybe not that kind of op but bro these weapons are completely crazy, no real reload, charges titan in seconds, charges mothership in seconds, eats up titans in seconds with loaded nuc and on top it even gives you heal… Just again a complete Desaster….
The raptor is a tank because of the high health, healing weapons and the reflector but it can lose health very quickly without the healing and reflector. But the fenrir has the 50% damage reduction and high health
This bot is killing titans and I don't think one or three rust weapons would effect. You guys promoting the game should make PIXONIC understand this unfair and poor gameplay

It wasn't intended actually. After the update hit, Pixonic mentioned in their high priority chat that there are issues with the Raptor jump along with some weapons not firing that they're trying to fix.
Yes Adrian, these new weapons charge mothership SUPER-FAST as in both your battles 1st encounter showed how fast charge accumulates - for example in 2nd battle you charged it in 35 seconds (time stamp - 9:30 to 8:55) and you weren't even firing all the time for those whole 35 seconds. Also while in Short-Range maps RUST weapons can counter it, i think in Long-Range maps Crisis + REAPERS would also be an effective counter to Raptor as it tends to glide for a long time in air while only having reflector as defense but REAPERS ignore all reflectors.
Go back and check my one video of the Ultimate Fenrir build - it's night and day. Although I still think it's charging up too quick based on what I'm seeing.
If you don't have the Hawkeye I'd go with more of a defensive drone. Pascal, Shai, maybe Armadillo, Seeker and maybe Hiruko. Although without testing it, I would say I would probably lean more towards Pascal, Shai and Seeker first. Hope this helps!

I’ve been a long time supporter of yours and it is great to see the effort you out into your videos and how happy you seem to be every time you play the game. I guess that is a bit of a Segway into what I’m about to say, but i haven’t been very happy playing the game at all lately. No matter what I do in the game, I am always getting crushed. I got lucky enough to get the raptor from a data pad, but I don’t have anything to equip on it. I don’t want to beg, but I just wish I could have the same setup you had in your first battle with this beast of a robot, it would enable me to have fun and actually start enjoying the game again. I know this is a complete long shot that you will see this comment, but I just want to have a competitive setup on the raptor to compete again. I don’t have the money or the status as you RUclipsrs do to get these kinds of weapons and robots, but if you could bless me with some weapons and the drone for the raptor, you don’t understand how grateful I would be and how happy it would make me. Am debating whether or not to level up a Raptor….but it’s honestly hard to tell by videos like this if it’s any good , or if it’s the drones, Pilot, etc. , and the fact that it’s maxed out
Raptor is one of the best if not the best robot right now. It being maxed doesn't make much difference - where you will notice the difference is in live gameplay. The reason why I show things at max level is because then you can see how it does relative to the other maxed out bots I have in my hangar. If I show it low level and it performs poorly you're going to also think it "sucks" when really it's the best bot. The same like if I ran a low level Curie or any other meta bot currently - you would think they all perform poorly simply because they die fast.
I already run it on most of my bots. This is the best way to counter most tanks especially things like Ultimate Fenrir, Curie, Ochokochi and now Raptor.
Man you wont die when you those avalon mothership anticontrols .. it gives you resistance against rust ... So the fenrir has to go through 15 of those 5 second anti rust stuff to stop you from healing ... 2:43

I'm actually not sure if the charge was already adjusted. I was told that the speed at which it charges was the same speed prior to the pre-nerf. When I look at my Ultimate Fenrir video the rate of charge is definitely way slower. However, I think they still need to lower it further with these weapons.
This type of OP addition is Pix MO. NOthing new here just the same old thing. Nerf in 2 to 3 months, "for game balance", when the next OP addition will be introduced. Pretty bad when one bot can kill a whole squad. I use rust weapons and had no luck killing more that a couple of these things yesterday. Of course those players were probably subtle hackers or Pix employees promoting this.

this bot is just a bug. it can do 1 vs 5, or there more players in each team, it can handle even more, and it can kill titant 1 on 1 too.... it makes the game no longer fun...
every new robot in the new update is OP but it only takes a few months then it will be trashed and when the time comes convert to the ultimate edition. so it's tempting to spend money on this new robot they release and later discard it when they make money.
I wouldn't say trash. Most players think that way. Look at Ocho. Ocho was nerfed pretty bad but I would consider it top 3 right now in terms of meta bots. It depends on the bot and their ability.
To be honest, this robot is not that broken compared to the previous robots (Curie, Shenlou, etc), ‘cause Pixonic had already introduced a similar concept via the Titan weapons Gargantula and its beta version. The only broken feature about this robot equipped with Gargantula-like weapons is that its durability can be extended beyond the limit. I would prefer fighting against this robot to Curies and Shenlous.

Pixonic doesn't have to approve my videos nor do they control the content I put out - the ones who drive what I put out are the players themselves. For example I want to put out videos for the free players (my Baby Account) but I always hesitate. Why? Because not only are those views way lower I get more dislikes on those videos than any other. Just like Pixonic I go by what I see and unfortunately those views are driven by the players themselves.
Check aygirs video of him doing 20 mil in a game, he can sit in the midst of 4 players all shooting him, and beat them. Beats titans just as easily. Mobile is a cash grab now frontier is where it's at if you want fun.
I think if someone said the same about your hangar you'll understand how lame that is. Just remember there will always be someone out there with a stronger hangar. The same way as how your hangar will most likely be stronger than someone else's. Saying things like this actually gives them the right to leave a game when they see you as well.

That's a quick moving robot I think the game is running out of idea so they are making a small version of the titan and the weapon.
