- It's raining heavily in the forest, but there's nowhere to escape. I built a house on a tree. Although it looks clunky, it is quite sturdy. A bonfire was also lit in a safe location. It's not quite as good as a bed, but I made a comfortable seat with twigs and leaves. You can relax by warming yourself by a bonfire until the rain stops.
Cool rain and warm bonfire help you sleep deeply. We hope that you will be relieved of insomnia, sleep disturbance, and stress with excellent white noise.

I grew up in Maine. The winters were absolutely brutal, but I have to say there was nothing cozier than hearing a blizzard outside while the wood-stove was crackling. Then mom would make us hot chocolate and a coffee for dad. Miss those days.

I used to have depression too but I overcame it by realizing that depression means you’re stuck in the past by replaying past experiences in your mind. You must let go of the attachment to those experiences.

If you haven't already, I'd advise seeing your doctor, as they can really help and also reefer you to relevant specialists. Using a combination of breathing techniques and training your mind, you can help get your panic attacks under control. I'd also strongly advise going back to basics and ensure your eating healthy and doing 30 minutes of active cardio exercise a day. It's difficult, but you need to be consistent and I'd also recommend removing all caffeine, along with alcohol from your diet, if you haven't already. There's a lot you can do and I hope you're able to fight your way through it. Good luck.

Not sure how safe a bonfre in a wooden treehouse can POSSIBLY be ;-) but it's another great piece of work. The contrast between the white/blue of the sky and the orange/yellow beneath the shelter is particularly appealling. The question is, are we stranded, or did we plan to be there in a storm?
To be honest, I started making it with the thought that I was stranded.😂😂
We're strtanded in a zombie apocalypse and zombies can't climb. The heavy rain is louder than the sound the horde below is currently making, and we're cozy in the knowledge that we gon' be safe and they'll move on eventually lol

i dont know if you'll see this comment but you have no idea how grateful i am for your videos. 2 years ago i had the worst depression of my life because of covid and school stress.. but i remember how i would turn on your videos every time i felt overwhelmed and just watched the scenery and listened to the sound. i would imagine myself in that place and it offered me the biggest peace at the moment. 정말 죽고 싶었을 때 영상 틀면서 "꼭 이런 곳에 가봐야지"라고 생각하면서 작게나마 희망을 품었어요 다시 한번 정말 감사합니다 ㅎㅎ 2년이 지난 지금 다시 찾아와도 좋은 건 여전하네요

I was in the middle of a panic-attack and I couldn't think about anything else besides my pain and fear and questionable worries, then I remembered about this video, that I used to watch when feeling nervous, and after ten/fifteen minutes of watching I started feeling better and smiled for this funny thing called "life".
