If you know WHY you're using each product in your regimen, that's GREAT! As you know, I love my facial oils and hydrating toners/essences and I add them for specific reasons. But if you're adding them just because you were told to, that's when this video would come in handy 🥰
Makaveli The Don 🐐🥰🙏🏽🤩
hai sister liah yoo I m aida from Malaysia . I want to ask how to deals with skin was always change went ever my country weather was change every season . example right my was dehydrated because my weather was hot if my weather was rainy my was change to oily and acne was come and another one was I was get acne in my jawline and my chin every time went go to place have dust . how to me find the right skincare ????
Liah Yoo Thank you for your knowledge and info on this stuff. Shedding light on skincare is definitely a blessing when there is so much misinformation and half truths that some companies do for money
Hi Liah... I always love your product recommendations. Can’t brag enough about how much I love the Matcha cleanser and the Beet shield from Krave beauty... well done on that. Also I wish you had a hydrating tonner/essence in your line.
I have skin similar to yours, combo acne prone and sensitive. I was going through all the hydrating toner recommendations from your channel but still confused as to which one should I buy for summer.
I wonder if you can recommend me one which is affordable also hydrating and balancing too for my overproduction of sebum on my T zone.
Thanks
Whenever I go out, I apply foundation after the SPF cream. Do I still need a moisturizer before the SPF? I feel like I have too much products on my face after applying a moisturizer, SPF and foundation, I feel like I have something heavy on my face sitting all day :(
What a Refreshing video especially from someone who owns a skincare company.
Anonymous65 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 with the best intention for the SKIN!!
Liah Yoo and that’s on PEIRODT
Liah yoo did have a skincare conpany? What is the brand?
Lyaa Najiha Krave Beauty
do you know what it’s called when after washing your face it’s gets dry but during the day it starts to get oily
A korean skin care company saying you only need a 3-step skin routine, in a world of 10-step skin care routine is all you needed to hear in 2020!
I think the 10 step is not intended for everyday use
the trend in korea is skincare regimen which means tree steps routine
ND G a lot of people do ten steps everyday... it takes less time than you think
Diego Cerda
1. first cleanse (oil cleanser, cleansing balm, miscellar water, cleansing milk, etc)
2. second cleanse ( water based cleanser)
3. essence or toner
a lot of the steps in between are serums, spot treatments, masks, etc
9 or 10. moisturizer
last. oil
10-steps are actually not very common there
“clinique told me to have a toner” LMFAO
evie 😅😅 back then it made sense tho
LITTERALLYDOWISJDOAKFNQJQOW
I have only used their toner probably once a month. Like, I paid for it even when it's a li'l pricey than any other brand. But buying it again is not my thing anymore. 😅
Clinique's toner is more alcoholic than my dad and that's saying a lot
@@LeeBtPauline LMAO
I went FROM cleanser, toner, essence, serum, moisturizer, eye cream and sunscreen TO cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. And I must say, my face is better with less products.
Yes me too!
@@LiahYoo I've been using the Matcha Hemp Hydrating cleanser for a year now and I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH IT. Thank you, Liah. 🥰
exactly we don't need all those useless produtcs tbh.
I use only sunscreen and a loose powder after cleansing. No serum, moisturiser, toner, essence for this oil field.
What about actives? Do you think Liah would recommend only using 1 active per day or per.. month? Per person? 🤔
I feel like skincare is personal and relative to individuals. My skin needs a toner because even the simplest things like water does irritate my skin. And a toner does reset it. Plus I do need a serum and other products to target skin concerns. So I feel people should do what works for them. But I do agree that beauty brands do capitalise on our concerns.
Girl 101 yes for sure!!
same ! toner is needed in my routine but very mild one, not a scented one of not an aha/bha one
I'm really not having it. Yeah I only use hydrating toners too
I agree! My toner out of all the many products I used, helped brighton and moisturise my skin the most
@@Ashanti_flower24 would you mind telling which hydrating toners works the best ?
I've been using just a cleaner, moisturizer and spf since June and I've noticed a positive difference in my skin. While the extra products I used were made with good ingredients my skin felt congested. Simplifying my routine really helped clear that out.
Mickie's Stuff amazing!!! I felt the same way
great news for ur skin!! did u use an oil cleanser as well?
@@imansammy I would at night just to make sure I removed the SPF well.
Same you guys
Mickie's Stuff same here!,I use toner, moisturizer and sunscreen and my skin has never looked or felt better. I use actives only as necessary.
Tbh, the biggest scam is mask. Like I do feel a difference right after the mask but the effects are not long lasting at all
Yeah I usually use it as a short term pick me up if I need to prep my skin for some event or something the next day.
They seem to be more of a leisure step, I agree
BlaBlaBla I agree. It only lasts about a day or so
Masks are undoubtedly the most useless skincare products, I would rather buy a good effective serum.
They're great to use before you apply makeup. That's the only useful thing I could think of for face masks.
I've gotten obsessively into skincare in the past year, I own a ton of products, and my skin has been looking fabulous recently. In part, because I wasn't doing anything *at all* before. But other people have definitely noticed a change and seen or heard me talk about all the little bottles and potions on my vanity.
But whenever friends or family ask for a recommendation, I keep it minimal: get a better cleanser, start using a moisturizer, start using SPF 30+. If they don't already use all 3 of those things, and they usually aren't, then there's no point in telling them about all the other bells and whistles.
Jennifer Nichole hi. I know zero stuffs about skin care. Can you help. A face wash can be used as a cleanser right? And face cream as moisturizer?
@@thevilonesfr Hello! I would recommend watching Liah's videos! She is one of the more trustworthy voices in the skincare community on RUclips.
But to answer you questions, yes. A face wash/cleanser and face cream/moisturizer are usually the same thing. Brands often switch up the way they talk about their products just to make the old seem new again. If you are confused, try to find the directions for how the product should be used and it should give you a clue as to what it is even if they call it something strange.
Thevilone sfr don’t trust RUclips comments just watch videos like dr dray she’s a licensed dermatologist that give tips to help with creating a simple routine for you and Liah yoo aesthetician who can also help and they both give out information about everyday skin care questions
Jennifer Nichole thank you. I was so confused about the whole thing
Uji Sungwoon ow thank you. I will watch more & get myself educated
Charlotte Cho popularized the 10-step skincare routine, right? And she owns a marketplace for these products (Soko Glam), right? Good marketing though!
not really, she also said that you don't have to use all 10-step since they are not neccessary
@@HaNguyen-yl5bo yasss

I still believe that using toner/essence/serum is beneficial to hydrate my skin. However, It is true that toner/essence/serum is basically the same. You don't need to use all three of them, choose one or two are fine. Meanwhile, Eye cream is a scam, use more moisturizer for your eyes.
Nah Cerave eye cream is excellent and much better for the eye area than the general moisturiser for example.
I use eye cream just to moisturize since i know it’s more sensitive
The only time I can justify using an eye cream is using a retinol one instead of a harsher retinoid. The skin around the eyes can't handle harsh retinoids, but I still like to stimulate it a bit to decrease wrinkles. But if you're just moisturising, yeah, eye creams are useless.
You don’t need toner if you find the right cleanser that don’t disrupt your skin barrier and PH level. As for essence to me they are like liquid moisturizers, which are good because they can penetrate the skin deeper. Serums in the other hand are meant to target skin problems.
Any kind of moisturizer?
It's actually a relief for someone to say this. I'm happy with my simple routine: cleanser, toner, BHA/benzoyl peroxide, moisturizer & sunscreen. But when I see other extra products, sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough for my skin.
yeah agree!
true
I learn that its not about steps..its about an ingredient that your skin would benefit from. The only reason i use toner/hydrating lotion is for the hydration for my oily skin and also i need to infuse the hyaluronic acid in a stage other than serum. I agree that after a few years of using many products i learn that simplifying it helps my skin. My am concept is hydration and protection (low ph cleanser, hydrating lotion, niacinamide serum, alpha arbutin, moisturizer, sunscreen. While for pm is double cleanser, hydrating lotion, vitamin c and alternate of bha with retinoic acid. And it works.
Omg your using niacinamide and vit c on your skin (not really on the same time tho), is it okay?
@@jessegalarpe7594 yes it is okay because i am using vit c derivatives and not pure ascorbic acid. You should try :)
Hydrating lotion is essence or toner?
@@conslima its toner..kind of..hada labo hydrating lotion with tranexemic acid..the blue bottle.
What's the brand of the vit c you're using?
You never fail to impress us Liah! You're indeed a game-changer. What a transparent CEO! This sends a strong message that your brand puts our skin on top of your priority whenever you create products for us. We can't thank you enough!! 😭🙏🏻❤️

Muna Ibrahim Susan is mix makeup
What a dream team would that be!!
I only use toner to calm my skin and hydrate them. Somehow moisturizers I have used so far never provide the hydration a toner can give me.
Maggie SimpleLife Same! I break out and my skin is irritated and red when I don’t use a hydrating toner or essence before moisturizer.
Pretty same with me, since my moisturizer is a moisturizing toner, not a real moisturizer cream. I think it is enough so I don't add more cream..
Same!
Harleen Kaur Bhatia, my favs that I mix & match are Keep Cool Bamboo Toner, Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutin Lotion (with Japanese products, lotion is toner), Tonymoly Wonder Ceramide Mocchi Toner, & Cosrx Full Fit Propolis Synergy Toner.
Everyone’s skin is different, but I found that my benefits are better with a mix of these toners, than with serums. My face accepts them better & I don’t feel like I have heavy layers on top of my skin.
same oh my god i tried a TONS of moisturizer from expensive brand to drugstores, i tried every ingridients posible, it's always makes my skin clogged even after double cleansing + skincare fasting......but somehow hydrating toner really works good on my skin
You are so refreshingly forward, transparent and authentic. Thank you for giving us valid information to make our own decisions on what's best for our skin instead of pressuring us with the next trend/buzz product. You also consequently make products aligned with your ethics of having the consumers best interests at heart and for that I'm grateful too ♥️
you don't know how truly happy i am when i have the same thoughts like you : to hydrate. i'm just so happy. i'm so blessed tp be provided with all this knowledge from the power trio in my life liah yoo, hyram and dr. dray.
Liah, you literally changed my skin and my life. I was about to desperately go accutane but you gave me deeper understanding of how skin works and what it actually needs. Now I can see all targets I need to work on and my skin just keeps transforming with each of your advice I am implementing into my routine.I cant believe I can have the skin I am having now. Thank you! You are better than 100 dermatologists I have had to deal with.
Would LOVE a part 2 of this. I'm still looking tpo complete my basic essentials products list and your opinions and recommendations would be very welcome
My skin was such a mess until i started watching her videos. I went through acnetane twice but my acne was still coming back. 6 months after my 2nd round, i started breaking out again. I remember falling apart, waking up to see my face and crying in my bathroom. Then i came across liah's videos and binge watched all her videos. I started my skin diet and changed my nutrition too. Now my skin is so much manageable. I am so happy!!! I use her face wash and sunscreen. Love her them and love her !!❤❤❤
So grateful i found her! 🙏
I have been a subscriber since last year and Liah’s videos helped me a lot. She is so transparent and I highly respect her. She doesn’t make videos just for 💵 and we can all clearly see her passion to her videos. Thanks a loooot Liah ❤️🌸
Great video! It's been a month since I stripped down my skincare routine and I am loving it. Turns out I just had to figure out what were the ingredients my skin would benefit from and look for those on a moisturizer. But I confess, I cannot live without a rich hydrating essence.
beauty regime continuously need people like her when nowadays people listen more to well written and well described marketing instead of their own skin. been doing her minimum skincare challenge for 2 years and it trains me to listen to my daily intakes or activities and actively researching what beauty company offers behind their ingredients list. I LOVE YOO💜
I start using toner 5 years ago and my dry dehydrated skin loves it, but it's not that I can't live without, I do skip that sometimes 😉
I love my hydrating toners too!
What toner youre using thanks
What product do you use
Super helpful! Thank you so much! I'm also a huge advocate on using JUST what you need. This also includes your NEEDS, which can change from season to season! The skincare routine/products I use in the summer is different than the one I have set up for the winter because as KraveBeauty says, "your skin's need changes periodically."
This video reduced my anxiety about not using enough face care products soo much! Secretly I have felt that my face doesn't need that much for about a decade, but seeing all these growing steps for skincare routine just made me doubt it and start seeing problems where there weren't any. Thank you so much for it!
Thank you for clearing up the confusion on toner, essence, serum etc. All those products were way over advertised.
finally, someone speaks about this to me. been trying to save money by cutting the steps to just cleanser, moisturizer and spf. my skin is better than using the whole korean skin care steps.
My sister first suggested that i may have fungal acne and linked me to one of your blog posts and this video definitely supported that idea. I was definitely over moisturising by having essence, lotion, sleeping mask and facial oils in my routine. I've been using only toner, serum and face cream for about a week or two and my skin has improved remarkably already.
First of all, thank you for being so honest especially from the point of a CEO of a skincare company. My skin will always break out a few days after doing a 3 step skincare routine (toner, serum, cream). So I would just stop using skincare for a week and only continue using those products. I would even skip my morning facial cleanse and morning skincare routine (except for sunscreen) because I feel like my skin has been overloaded. I always thought that my skin is crazy but actually its not! So I'm super happy to hear about this from you.
Wow really appreciate you making videos like this!! Because you're a brand owner too, but you're not feeding us all the nonsense companies usually do !!
Star Heart 🙌🏼💚 thanks for understanding the intent
Thank you for the love of god! I've always said toners are are pretty much frivolous nowadays with pretty much every product being formulated at a slightly acidic ph. Cream skin is also an example of how I use a toner in a "nonconventional" ordering which is right before my moisturizer and right after my treatments cuz of the oil content. I've always struggled with differentiating things like ampoules/serums and toner/essence and its nice seeing a CEO of a brand explicitly saying its a marketing tactic.
Ah, thank you Rick!!!
Thank you for all the tips. You're channel is my "Go To" for skin care and advice. Would you be able to make a video discussing types of products for late 20s-mid 30s and 40+. Taking into consideration the different skin types and what products are must have? Much appreciated!
Love this video! Thank you for deconstructing the myth! I always wondered why your Kale-lalu-Yah product was in the supplement series instead of the core series; now I have a better understanding of it! Lastly, I'm definitely with you on using toners for hydration. 💧💧
I have been doing a skincare detox and the Cerve hydrating cleanser that EVERYONE talks about stings the crap out of my face. Just got the matcha cleanser in the mail today! Looking forward to trying it!
Using a toner (cream skin) really helped to heal my skin when I had a damaged barrier. I've continued using one, because it really helps with hydrating my skin enough. Still trying to figure out what my skin wants, though.
Madeline Caples I love my cream skin too esp in winter 🙌🏼
Thank you Liah for telling us the facts of skin care! Always appreciate your honesty.
I asked my daughter who is the best to watch concerning skincare routine and she gave me your name and so that's why I am here to seek guidance. This is the first video of yours that I watched and I already love it, it's a huge relief learning that you don't need the 5 or 10 steps, but you are ok with less steps to take care of your skin specifically facial care. I'll be watching more and thank you for your honest concept.😊❤🙏
My routine literally consist of the first aid beauty “ cleanser , pads, moisturizer “ . Which really work for me ! I only add a serum from the ordinary which is the niacinamide because it helps me with my textured skin , and that’s literally all I use for my skin . Besides adding spf .
Her voice is literally so relaxing
I have oily skin and acne prone and I have recently discovered that I need to hydrate my skin. And woow what a difference have I notice. Love your videos and the honesty on them. Can you do a video on skin scars and how to get rid of them? Thank you!
This is such a good topic! The skin truly does not need more than those three essentials as long as they are formulated correctly and contain the appropriate ingredients for our specific skin. I wholeheartedly agree that corporations are at fault for all of these misconceptions. I have had cystic acne for a long time but lately have also suffered from dry and sensitized skin and I think trying to cut down on the amount of steps in my routine is helping to rebalance everything 😊
I love a minimal effective routine 👏🏾😍

I love this video!
I like trying new things, and somethings, like toner, have become part of my routine because I enjoy them.
My favorite old habit was warm water on my skin before moisturizing....maybe that was the best thing to do after all!
Omg! I wish you have uploaded this video sooner! I was struggling with my skin for around 2 years because moving from a humid city fo Texas, i was pressured creating a perfect skincare routine with full 5-6 steps! Just a few days ago, i realized that i am sensitizing my skin, then i decided to minimise it to micellar water, cleanser, and oil, plus sunscreen in the morning and my skin has never been more calmed in the past 2 years.
👂👂👂👂👂 *FABuuulous Liah* !! *MAD r-e-s-p-e-c-t* especially considering...your business.
This is so essential to continually see such *facts* , esp. by the younger generations -- *please* continue to share on your social. In healthcare we are seeing endless teens/young people decimating their skin barrier.
a beachone skin barrier is so important 🌊💚
I just got my Matcha Hemp cleanser and great barrier relief in the mail and I’ve been loving it for the last two weeks!! When is Kale-Lalu-YAHA coming back in stock? I need to know!!

After having a breakout about 1 year now i totally 101% agree! B4 this i used to follow the 10step routine & 7layer toner also. That makes my skin breakout throughout the face 😔 *Too much feeding the skin*. Now, after the bad experience, i become more careful selecting skincare products. My skin become more calm now.
_Our skin is more smart than us_. We just need a minimal routine. Btw thanks Liah for this honest-kind video. It make me believe my skin more than b4! Thank you so much💕💜
I mentally divide toners from essence like this:
Toners: hydrating, helps your skin absorb better the other steps and usually just has one main ingredient (rice, green tea, mugwort etc)
Essence: hydrating, active ingredients, fermented ingredients.
even the moisturizer part on the holy trinity essential routine is kinda optional too.
I understand some people think oily skin have oil and not hydrating moisture, but in my case, applying even the lightest moisturizer is just an overkill, it’s too much for my skin and new pimple always pops up whenever I try to apply moisturizer.
im not kidding you, ever since i got my great barrier relief serum i’ve just been using it day and night and my skin has never better, it’s like a miracle in a bottle like i dont any other products. i love love the simplicity.
This is so informative, thanks a lot ! I was looking for another video you made and that I watched some years ago, it was about what types of cosmetics is necessary for each kind of ages but I can’t remember which one it is. I’d like to rewatch It ! 💪
personally, I need a toner because I'm the dehydrated dull type but I can't deal with too heavy moisturizer
Talk about mind blowing! Holy Moly, coming from you?
I swear, since going to Korean skincare, my skin is much more luminous and better hydrated. Am I just imagining this change?
I’m 62 years old and I’ve done everything you’ve suggested to include using pure Tamanu oil.
What would be extremely helpful is to create a video that addresses the older consumer (like me) and help us to understand what products really do to slow the aging process or improve skin texture and eliminate hyperpigmentation. I use Retin A, so that is my holy grail product, but I only jumped on the bandwagon using it 1 year ago.
Thank you for your honest and sincere video. It’s refreshing to hear from a Developer and owner of a company speaking so candidly.
Thank you so much! I must say when it comes to slowing down the biological aging, nothing would be able to beat Retin-A and also, facial oils like tamanu oil greatly help so you're doing great!! I would just stay away from any inflammation-causing foods :)
I've always wondered about these multiple step skincare regimes for quite some times. Thanks a lot for clearing things up! Btw your voice is so calming ❤
Thank you for always being honest, intentional, and transparent about skincare! Hoping to experience your products in Canada one day

Hi Liah! Since we’re talking about the basics in skin care what are your thoughts about double cleansing now? (When you’re not wearing makeup - sunscreen only of course 😉)

I have so many questions 😭
You are so spot on with this video! Everything you just said is what I have experienced this past year with my skin!
wtf I've been struggling on find a good toner the last 3 days and you upload this! Liah knows our needs even before we are aware of them
THE SKITS ARE BACK! 🤩
Hi Liah! I love your channel! Thank you for this video, it makes so much sense! Your videos have been so so SO helpful in guiding me to healthier and more hydrated skin! I was wondering what you do/reccommend for skin care for the rest of the body? Specifically body washes and armpit care!
This video blew my mind. I’m definitely going to try this method and slowly add in a toner if I still feel dehydrated
I noticed all my male friends had amazing skin compared to me and my girlfriends, so I stopped using all of my cleansers and moisturisers and just cleansed with water and my bare hands. Low and behold, the "cystic acne" I'd had for 15 years cleared up, and my "oily skin" became balanced. Now, my skincare routine most days is just a hyaluronic acid+vitamin C serum at night and my spf50 dry touch sunscreen in the day. I get about two little pimples a month, around my period, and that's it. All skin is different, but I really hate it when boys are right! I'm 100% okay with Liah being right though, which is good, cos that's all the time
I work at a dermatology office and the doctors always say Vit C in the morning is optimal 👍 they also recommend Tretinoin (aka Retinoids) at night for basically everyone especially those with acneic skin and also for people over 30 bc it’s great for anti aging.
The doctors will definitely agree with Liah that you don’t need a million products 😊 just a good handful that work for YOU.
you need to moisture though lol
Hello may I ask How many days did you cut out everything and just wash your face with just water?
@@DangSnowy That makes sense! I just found that what I do works for me :)
@@xoxlilchicxox I use my sunscreen as my moisturiser and the hyaluronic acid most days is enough for me, (when the weather isn't too dry). Some days I'll put a gel sleep mask over it to lock in moisture!
hi liah! i absolutely love your videos :DD rlly opened my eyes to the phrase i really need to listen to the most (being a shopaholic): less is more. also, i would love it if you could possibly talk about exfoliators. Is it really needed or can you just get a stronger formula of cleanser (or even double cleanse) to replace that step? Thank you!
Totally agree. I'm living in Vietnam which is very hot and humid. My skin is oily as well. I've been skipping toners for 6 months and my skin survived with much less oilyness!
I also used La Roche Posay cleanser with 5.5 pH. So no need for toner! Yay!
This a wonderful video. Sometimes less is better for our skin. As a former beauty therapist myself I wish people knew that you don’t always need so many products.
Yes, when i reduce my skincare routine, my skin improve significantly 🙃
i’ve been simplifying my routine a LOT this past year - at the moment i’m usually just using the etude house soonjung cleanser, retin-a, cream skin and illiyoon moisturizer at night. my skin feels a lot better!
I'm using tretinoin with illiyoon too!!! and it's amazing

This year I definitely pressed reset on my skin care and don't even use any sheet mask or wash off mask. The only supplementary product that I use is Granactive Retinoid but along with other actives like Niacinamide and Azeleic Acid because they make retinoids work better. I am on my 6th week now and my skin so clear and bright! I do use an essence but only Primera Miracle Seed because of its minimal ingredient list. Love you Liah! Thank you!!!
hahah I just finished my toner the other day & was thinking do I really need one 😂 since I have oily skin. Loved this video making skin care simple :) I would like to see a video on hair care (for types) w/ scalp health included (press reset hair care)
Thank you Liah for always being so transparent about skincare. Because of you, I skipped cleansing my face in the morning with a cleanser and use only water. This helped my skin stay balanced and moisturized throughout the day.
iren1225 I’m so glad to hear!!
I replaced toner with spring water such as avene
Omg as someone who owns a skincare company, you’re very transparent and honest about this. Thank you sm Liah, wishin u successful in whatever u doin ♥️♥️
I need to be in a mood to use my toner, so now it's just like an extra step when I have extra time or when I have the will lol. I cannot skip: double cleansing, moisturizer, sunscreen. Your honesty makes me wanna try your brand. Honesty really goes a long way hehe.
toners are my favourite way to get hydration into my skin, i love the etude house soon jung one
That I use as well! Then all hydration for my skin comes from my essences!
I love that one! It really helps my super dry peeling skin.
That is my favourite toner too! Must have for sensitive and acne prone skin 😊😊
I use that one too💯💞
I use it in the summer and in the winter I prefer pyunkang yul toner, it's a little bit thicker but so nice.
I use an eye cream because I need the most and ultimate hydration around my eyes as a Caucasian getting lines just from blinking. I also use my moisturizer over my eye area, and sunscreen. I am an all around and over the lid person, even though people say to put it just on the orbital bone. I use gentle products so it doesn’t seem to do anything negative after years. 😅
I’m 21 and already have wrinkles, but I never found an eye cream that helped
crazygirl2359 I just use the Benton fermentation one for hydration because it was ranked in the top few Korean eye creams by a couple of sources and is fragrance free. I haven’t noticed any increase in my lines since then, from years 28-30, though I’ve also been using sunscreen daily including over my eyelids and around them.
do you mind sharing what eye cream you use/ if you've noticed a visual difference or if it's mainly for hydration purposes? i've tried a couple of samples of eye creams but nothing really life changing
rjjacob95 I am just using for hydration and prevention, alongside applying sunscreen carefully over the entire eye area (by patting other parts of the face first), but I’ve been using the Benton fermentation eye cream because it seems to have good ingredients and melts in well, and no fragrance or drying alcohol.
rjjacob95 I haven’t seen anything life-changing, but I do like my chances of preserving the area better by hydrating it morning and night beyond just my moisturizer.
Thank you for this video! It's great to realized that you don't really need all the things you've been told to need, and that "beauty routine" are not one size fit all. I've been confused about what my skin need and after this video, I will check to see what it actually needs ^__^
Ever since I started using more steps in my skin “care” My pores have been more clogged. This past couple years have completely screwed my skin. Even eye creams do dry out my eyes a lot of the time . This is nice to give me peace of mind I DONT need do all this because in the back of my mine I’ve always known it’s my new routine giving me problems
Liah: “Do not buy skincare just because you see it”
Me walking at the market and see some brand new skincare: “whoaa what’s this.. sOo cute, I must have this right naWw”
And now I’m questioning my whole life and money 😢
that's me too
Eunice Lim uhuh😌 we just can’t resist cuteness.-.
Its like you put a camera up in my life 😂
@@KonekoAye yeah I saw you at the store😆
*Can you make a video about how some skin care ingrdients dont do much compared to other ingredients such as like snail mucin people love it but is it really that strong enough compared to retin-a?or like how people formulate products with beneficial ingredients but we dont know how much percent does that product contain of the beneficial ingredient , or what ingredients we should ACTUALLY be looking for,for example there are so many ingredients in the market but do we really need that in our routine i searched up studies of ingredients we should only need in our skin care routine , since those ingredients show to have the greatest effect in our skin when applied topically or how those ingredients are more beneficial compared to others* 🏝
Your personality is so genuine and your way of explaining the products is very clear and honest . Thank you .
This is one of the most helpful skincare videos I have ever seen! I learned so much in such a short amount of time. You're an angel!
I like toners because of the chemical exfoliation they have
The eye cream argument is so true
your skin reset movement (im so sorry i dont remember the name) has helped me so much, through financials and my skin condition overall. honestly its so much better when you use less product because it feels so much lighter(???) thank you so much for that, you inspire me a lot!
The video you did about skin care diet saved my skin to be honest! I started having a minimal routine: cleanser, moisturizer and spf and my irritated skin recovered so well!
