Awesome video Paul ! I have done flathead and chips to death then moved onto salad , your recipe has given me another option - thanks mate ! What brand of pan are you using ? They look pretty heavy duty !

TheHookandTheCook The hard thing is getting perfect chips,! I can get the flathead spot on but the chips seem to be a problem ! I would love to hear or read your thoughts on picking the right potatoes for chips and getting the perfect chip . One thing Paul is as an angler and a Chef is some tips on freezing fish and any tips you have on this , i have seen many people that look after their fish but fall short when it comes to freezing them . Recipes - well one thing I don’t see much of is using fish in the good old slow cooker , there is so much scope for this that it isn’t funny and it could open up some avenues for fish that many consider unbeatable.

I promise I will do one very soon mate. There’s a few miths about what potato to use. The slow cooking technique is a good idea too. Have to think about that one. Appreciate your time in giving me some feed back mate. It makes all worth while when you give a few people inspiration and they try some of the recipes again thanks Ian.
