This was pretty sad to see from 500 packs.. Seems impossible for the average joe to go to gamestop regularly and try to complete 1 set for a reasonable amount of money
not that kind of set and no average Joe should be really completing masters from packs
Don't forget this is Japanese. English is always easier & cheaper to collect :)

I like the pearlage holofoil pattern on all the shiny Pokémon, i wasn’t going to touch this set but I’ll probably dabble in some gen 1-3 singles in late January for sure.
Shiny cards just hit different for me. I enjoy Hidden, Shiny, and looking forward to Paldean.

My understanding for this set pull rates are quite low and painful comparing to Vstar Universe one .
but I feel it’s okay to got slow on this set if one wants to really collect it 🎉
Vstar Universe was so much fun to open. This is not. They need to go back to "fun" not "tedious".
The singles in this set is considerably cheaper to buy than opening packs, this is true for most sets but this one especially. Buying boxes is mostly for fun but expect to lose your money every box you open.
4:08 is there like an ex or more in every card pack. I cannot wait for this set

Seems like the rates aren't that great, but even then I was still unable to get even just 1 box for opening despite being in Japan physically. All shops I've visited in Osaka are sold out, if you know where I can check out for a box that would be great
regular paldean tauros is also.... black. I'm not sure what even changes on the shiny. Regular squawkabily is also green the thing that changes is that pink tuft on its head

This set looks way better than shining fates. Its really similar to what hidden fates was and what shining fates should have been.. a lot of full art shinies

Bought two boxes from an EBay seller and only opened one of them. Safe to say i opened the right one cause my top three hits from the box was Shiny Squawkabilly EX SSR, Mimikyu AR, and Iono SAR 🔥🍀🔥 still can’t believe it lol

Agree. The full arts are the chase these days. Just give us an EX at a minimum so the pack isn’t a total bust

I haven't had a chance to play the new main series games yet. Sword/Shield was my last play through :) So i rely on Pokémon GO releases or English cards to teach me the names. Plus there is over 1,000 Pokémon now 😅 it's difficult to remember Every single one! But i try my best
