I have the composter and regret buying it. The bottom of each chamber sits maybe 6" off the ground. You have to empty it either on the ground and rake it out and into a pile, and then shovel into a bucket. So unnecessary! How did I miss this huge flaw in the design? I've written Miracle-Gro and the manufacturer and get no reply. Don't get this product if you want easy compost. It's anything but.
Yes. We have also since moved to a different method, as our garden outgrew the ability for this composter to keep up with our demand.
