This doesn't mean other teams are bad or the players are bad. Geng serves as a classic example, most of their players last year were not that great, even their sub coach was the head coach of DFM which had 0 wins. Valorant still leaves a lot of randomness on the table.

the reason why the players in geng work together with the staff despite not comming from winning rosters or being renowned world talent is because they managed to play to their players strengths, also they where really underrated or had underperforming teammates (t3xture and lakia are great examples) the players work well together, the only surprise is that geng as an org was cappable of see through their mid carreers
If you watched texture on GE last year you wouldn't have been surprised how good he is this year, bro was on the sentinel roles fragging out together with monyet. Lakia was also proven to be pretty good way back but wasn't given many opportunities. This means that the league in the Pacific are just as dynamic as other regions, not just PRX & GENG. actually the most boring league to watch is the EMEA league because there is nothing interesting apart from FNATIC & Heratics. They should do a League Of Legends Playins style system instead of the 4th Placed teams. That'd allow the best teams to play. Ignoring comparisons between Talon and Navi, we can all agree Americas and EMEA is simply better than the other two regions in terms of competition. So, the playins allow exposure internationally but also allow the best teams to play.

americas should have 5-6 spots
emea should have 5 spots
pacific sohuld have 3-4
and china should have 1-2 spots
it is clear the average level of americas and emea is higher then both pacific and pacfic and the rest are leagues above china
problem with pacific is their great teams in prx and geng are world beaters, potential number 1 high ceiling, but the teams below have no chance, idc if drx beat prx in playoffs split 2, prx were clearly trying new maps and comps, they qualified way before playoffs even begun and in their vlog they even said its time to test new shit out to see if it works

Have you ever watched a Pacific League match? DRX is still tier 1 team in the world, DRX can still beat GENG on stage 1. Teams like RRQ can even beat DRX and are able to frustrate GEN.G on several maps. Even GENG IGL said that RRQ was the only team that was annoying for them to play. This means that the league in the Pacific are just as dynamic as other regions, not just PRX & GENG. actually the most boring league to watch is the EMEA league because there is nothing interesting apart from FNATIC & Heratics. You can even see from the viewership that EMEA is the lowest region. Of course in every league they have team that sucks like FURIA, MIBR, GENTLE MATES, KOI. but why does he only pay attention to BLEED & DFM?
The problem is it doesn't matter if americas and EMEA have better quality play, at the end of the day VCT CN & Pacific have a stronger fanbase & selling power, and ppl will call it unfair if they don't all get the same seats to champs. Especially because of money, they will never give CN less seats than other regions. That's why CN is it's own region and has so many teams plus their grand finals is treated like championships.
