I heard no elevators lots of steps Is it a all-inclusive

You can stay Room Only right up to All Inclusive. I don't remember that many steps but we were staying in a ground floor in a junior suite. There are no lifts/elevators and so if stairs are are issue, make sure you tell your travel agent who can request a ground floor or lower floor room.
