Hi Maxime, we only used 2 of the WRC cars in the video as we wanted to include as many spins and overshoots as we could and also the clubmen in Ireland are the backbone of rallying here, without them there would be no rallying. Thanks, Adrian👍
@@mad4tarmotorsportvideos Sure, it's true but in my opinion you had a bit too much clubmen related to the bigger car in this rally. Anyway it's a good video.
@@mad4tarmotorsportvideos I agree with you mate, I feel that quite a lot of the time the R5 cars steal the spotlight and there's usually some much better action from the clubman cars
1:17 what the hell is wrong with that woman?.. the first time OK car seems to go right for her, MAYBE, I mean the wheels are still attached to the steering rack but hey... not this time though.
Just watched 3 clips of Irish rallying. All about high rpm going slowly. So bloody stupid!! Rear drive, leave the handbrake alone and drive the car. And for christ sake use a spool. Open wheel diffs or fancy LSD are waste of time. Then less go and go faster. Wheelspin fishtailing all over the place is down right slow. DRIVE the car instead of sliding 45 deg everywhere. Front drivers? Why bother? Leave them for mums shopping trolley. You cannot go fast with 2 tyres driving, braking and steering. AWD, yes but you have to drive them quite square, and again leave the handbrake alone. Maybe ok for Motorkhanas or hooning but not to save seconds. And read the road, listen to the navigator instead of desperate late braking sliding everywhere. And yes I have 50+ years of roadracing, hillclimbing, rallycross, and dirt oval. And have won in all.And have rallied again with success but too dangerous for me. As I was first to a Datsun literally wrapped around a tree. With both severely injured, one pernemantly.
Class from start to finish...best rally video iv see in years...🏁🏁🏁🏁
