Being a massage therapist myself, I loved this video! You really know your stuff girl, and I LOVE that! It is very educational and relaxing at the same time.
I will say that, for those who use this for educational purposes, make sure you listen to your body! Each person is different, each has different levels of flexibility and range of motion (ROM), so stretch to the point that your body starts to resist, pause, take a deep breath (deep breathing is important!), and stretch a little more until you feel the resistance again. Also, drink lots of water! The more hydrated your muscles are the more any type of massage or stretch will be able to help.

I suffer from really bad tinnitus, so I rely on music or voice to block out the constant hissing in my head. It's REALLY difficult to find something that actually relaxes you to the point of soothing your brain from that constant barrage. The frequency of your tone is absolutely perfect in giving me that much needed 'escape' from the horrific constant hissing/whistling in my ears/head. you deserve any plaudits and recognition that comes your way. Maria, you taught me something today! I have been suffering from eye migraines for many years and I always thought they were sinus related. I had no idea that pain behind the eye can be connected to the shoulder joints! Seeing as I sit for nine hours or more a day working at a computer this makes so much sense!

Great explanation of trigger points. As a massage therapist, sometimes it's hard to find the right words to describe them without getting too technical. I think you did great!
