    can't spell either lol, just picked one up and took it to the range. Love the size, feel, recoil, and LEM trigger. This gun surprised the hell out of me. I saw a lot of complaints about the grip texturing, I was baffled by the design too and stayed away. I gripped it at the store, but really liked the contours and how it pointed. The recoil doesn't create much flip, but rather you feel it coming at you straight back. The texturing worked perfectly fine with this recoil impulse and I had a firm grip the entire time I was shooting. Awesome .45 and one I will carry, thanks for the solid review.

    Actually the super luminova night sights are very good and there are some advantages over tritium night sights, such as they are bigger and much brighter when charged.

    Polygonal rifleing is only used with the large bore pistols, 45acp etc., because it seals the pressure blast behind the bullet better. It was always used with cannons. 9mm and the other calibers use traditional rifleing. Accuracy IS NOT compromised by polygonal rifleing like some would think because the larger projectiles performance would suffer from the traditional rifleing anyway.

    I picked up a used hk 45c about 8 or 9 months ago. I'm a big glock, sig, cz guy. Basically a striker fired guy. I do shoot normally 3 to 4 times a month and a few tactical classes a year. I've put well over 1,500 rounds through her and it Runs like a top. I feel 💯 percent sure if God forgive if I have to use the hk 45c to defend my life or the life of a loved one. I'm sure it's going to cycle and function like a champ. I also feel very comfortable with the whole safety / decocker thing. I like to carry it cocked and locked. The trigger pull in single action is great, double action sucks to be honest. I put some talon grips on her and I got some bad ass night sights. It came with two 8 round mags I have since got a few 10 rounders and a 12 rounder I think. Lol bottom line is I'm wearing it today and it's heavy in my everyday rotation. I have never used the LEM version but would love to try. Nothing like German engineering.

    I sent my HK45c to lazy wolf to have the LEM installed and to have them do their action clean up/short reset work. I am beyond excited to get it back. Hopefully next week. Have you found any decent OWB holsters for it?

      @THEMANCAVE2023  4 года назад +2

      im certain you will love your pistol when it comes back, the lem trigger is amazing and the only trigger i will own with a traditional hammer fired pistol anymore. to be honest man i conceal mine (lol i know) not easy in summer more of a winter carry but it shoots so well and virtually no recoil. check any holster company alien gear , crossbread , ect there are tons of good owb holsters for it its really just a matter of preference

      Yes sir they replaced the pistol you mentioned. I got mine from buds gun shop.com as a team buds member. They may just be out of stock like everything else right now lol took me 6 weeks to find my sig p365 I'm carrying now. Its absolutely ridiculous trying to get guns and ammo now I'm so thankful I had 3500 rounds of 9mm and 1500 hundred of 45 acp before this happened. 1.25 per round 9mm laughable

      @@THEMANCAVE2023 Don't know if this will help you but a couple of week ago was at Guns & Ammo in Memphis and they had several Hk45/HK45c in stock. At least one HK45c was the version 7 model. Version 7 is factory night sights, LEM trigger and 3 magazines. Price was about $780 or so. All were new. They may be gone by now but they were there if you live in Tennessee. Great bunch of guys with really good prices. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Was there on Saturday and shelves were much more depleted. However didn't go on that side of store so likely there.
