  • ನಮಸ್ತೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೆ ಈ ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ ಪುಡಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿರುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು.
    1-ಧನಿಯಾ (ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಬೀಜ )-1 ಕೆಜಿ
    2-ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಕಾಳು -150 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    3-ಹೆಸರು ಕಾಳು-150 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    4-ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ -150 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    5-ಮೆಣಸು -100 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    6-ಸಾಸಿವೆ -50 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    7-ಮೆಂತ್ಯ-50 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    8-ಅಕ್ಕಿ -100 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    9-ಉಪ್ಪು -2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
    10-ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು-ಒಂದು ಹಿಡಿ
    11-ಖಾರದ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ -500 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    12-ಗುಂಟೂರ್ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ -500ಗ್ರಾಂ
    13-ಬ್ಯಾಡಿಗೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ -50 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    14-ಅರಿಶಿನದ ಕೊಂಬು -50 ಗ್ರಾಂ
    15-ಚಕ್ಕೆ -2 ಇಂಚು
    16-ಲವಂಗ-20ಪೀಸ್
    17-ಜೀರಿಗೆ -150 ಗ್ರಾಂ

    INGREDIENTS
    1-Dhaniya(coriander seeds)-1kg
    2-chana(whole chana)-150gram
    3-Green moong(whole)-150 gram
    4-Toor daal-150 gram
    5-Zeera (cumin seeds)-150 gram
    6-Black pepper-100 gram
    7-Mustard seeds-50 geam
    8-Methi(Fenugreek)-50 gram
    9-Rice-100 gram
    10-Salt-2 table spoon
    11-Curry leaves-50gram or(1cup)
    12-Spicy Red chilly whole-500 gram
    13-Guntur red chilly whole-500 gram
    14-Kashmir red chilly-50 gram
    15-Turmeric whole-50 gram
    16-Cinnamon(dalchini) -2 inch
    17-cloves(laung)-20piece
    Hi friends welcome back to my youtube channel
    Above mentioned ingredients are used to make the traditional samber powder at home.
    Making process:
    First of all Separately roasting all this ingredients at low flame as shown in this video, after roasting this ingredients let it completly cool, after cooling slightly crush the red chilly and mix all ingredients properly.
    grind this mixture in grinding mill like smooth powder.
    Store at air tight(steel/plastic) box, when this samber powder completly cooled.

    Hi, this is how my mother was making, using the whole grain. N same measurement. She wasn't using ghoor dhal.that is the only item she was not using. Tq. ❤

    In ur vdo, ur ingredients r different from most recipes, I c u r using whole kaalaa chanaa, whole moong. I want to try this different recipe. But I dont understand Kannada. Plz translate in English & post ur recipe with exact quantity used in the description box. Thx & God bless u🪷☀️
