I love the way she gets bored of her own death before she actually dies. Like she's having so much fun but then the minute things get slow she just drops the excitement immediately before she gets crushed. The amount of blood too was just... Wow
She didn't just get randomly bored. The smashing thingy made a weird sound and it stopped for a bit right before she got squished, so she looked up in confusion, thinking it stopped.

Junko sang that part
At the last second, before her death, I saw a fleeting look of terror on her face, and that put a smile on mine
Unfortunately, that was not a look of terror. She was looking up because she was wondering why it was taking so long for her to get crushed.
Just as good, honestly
Isaac Tweedle hell no. my baby junko had to live. Makoto should have been executed. prove me wrong. then the world could’ve fallen into despair and maybe the reality world we live in could’ve been the same 😍😍😍
@@b0tcheddd Looks like we have an ultimate despair here. You better watch out or future foundation is going to get your ass.

junko: “jokes on you i’m into that shit”
And she didn't get her death in the official play.

She's got a nice singing voice...
I just hear a guitar are you guys talking about the guitar!?
(Danganronpa Zero Spoilers)
Dissecting The Music
It sounds more digital to resemble she’s the Ultimate Analytical Prowess, the guitar signifies intermission and intensity, the erratic amount of singing in the background shows how brutally and how excessively she went out, the singing changes and the music gets extremely intense, the singing is meant to represent her cutesy/diva style.
To this day I still think it's the best poetic eye for an eye justice for a villain I've seen done in a video game (and the fact that she was crazy enough to do it to her damn self lol)
And then SDR2 made it *_all in vain_*!
***** Of course. I was just saying that the suffering is _far from over_.
Especially now that they're making DR3.
FAH Holliday I liked the second, I thought it was a good game ^3^ \
Butttttt....They did kill the music ;^; No....DONT REACH FOR THE STARS!
Tick Tock SDR2's soundtrack is superior and every way to DR1's, just like everything else in the game.
I find the first game to be better music wise.
But I just found most of the songs in this one sad or just... meh
Tick Tock The songs in this game were purposefully more evil sounding. The execution themes were all more personalized and the climax had some seriously great MGS-tier ambient music. It is superior in every way.
LET'S GIVE IT EVERYTHING WE'VE GOT... IIIIIIITTTTT'S PUNISHMENT TIME!!!
. CONGRATULATIONS
Junko has been found guilty!

And the rest was my mouth agape and eyes pasted to the screen.
Also...who else gave the peace sign back to Junko?
I did, albeit mockingly. God, she turned out to be a nasty piece of work. And she was my favourite girl up until then too.
I gave the peace sign back
Probably kirigiri who gave the peace sign back
She was like "bye bitch, you killed my dad"
I flipped her the bird
I did, in a sadistic and despair-fueling way, so Junko could have the despair she spread inflicted upon herself!
(O_√)
This game definitely chills me more than the others, because it has something that just makes it seem more realistic than the other games. Like the artstyle, dialogue, music, etc. make it feel like that
I love the "ba ba ba ba" reprise. Almost makes this haunting as much as it is epic.
I like how this is is a mixture of the execution themes along with the executions themselves
A few months ago I went to an amusement park [one of the crapy ones you see at the beach] and I went on a ride called "the twister" and it played this song
0:42
Why do I love this part so much?
I like the part at 0:08 because it kind of shows how extreme and unnecessary the punishment was
*MAJOR SPOILERS*
Honestly, the best way to get revenge on Junko would be to give her a quick and painless death. Now some of you may want her to suffer a slow and painful death, but here's the thing: that's also what SHE wants. She wants to experience the despair of a slow and painful death, so by denying her that and replacing it with something she doesn't even get the time to feel despair from, you deny her one last rush of despair. It is THE ULTIMATE VENGEANCE!
The japanese stage play of Danganronpa had that kind of thought. Spoilers down below if you don't want to be spoiled of the surprise.
In the stage play, Naegi actually convinced Junko that since he won, he's the one who will decide her punishment... and her punishment is living. In this instance, she is denied of the ultimate kind of despair, and have to watch hope grow, which brings her despair... but not the kind she enjoys or wanted after all these efforts.
that has got to be the stupidest comment I've ever seen because in my world of executions, YOU DON'T GET TO KILL ME, jeez people are stupid, I killed myself understand, there was no " ohhh Makoto and the other survivors of the killing school life killed her". I killed myself goddamnit and you should know by now that your stupid idea won't ever come into fruition, idiot
@@renashcroft8794 are you contacting us from hell?
@@JustMalik19, no stupid why would I be in hell, If you really think that ending a few hundred lives in the name of Despair is hell worthy, then you can just count how many people were killed, first by The Ultimate Despair, then the Remnants Of Despair and the contestants of the killing games. Add up those numbers and you'll see how many people have died at the hands of others, fine I'll take blame for my kills, but all those other murders weren't my problem.

Thea S did she really say it-

#JunkoEnoshimaIsOverParty
well... that was fun
I've honestly lost track of how many times I've said this, but what the heck, I'll say it again for good measure.
Somewhere deep down...I know Junko had the capacity to change, and would have done so if someone would have just reached out to her and shown her how much better hope feels. I mean, her whole life, all she ever knew was despair. And no one deserves to live like that (Trust me; I speak from personal experience). I always try to look on the positive side of things if there is one. And in this case, against all odds, I've found one. Let me point you towards Mr. Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a philosopher who believed that people are good (or at least innocent) by default unless something drives them towards evil. And in Junko's case, that something was her living conditions growing up. I bet all she really needed was a few friends to help her get by in life. True, despair is random and unexpected, but we wouldn't be able to see it through without hope. There's always a bright side; all you gotta do is hope. And that's what I think Junko could have learned, too, if she could have looked inside herself and realized this whole "killing game" thing wasn't right. That even she could have become a good person if she just tried. I know somewhere in her heart...there was at least a speck of good inside. A glimmer of hope that she kept trying to suppress.
She did all this cuz she was bored
@@bhafferty5184 That's still no reason to do it. She could have stopped before that block Thwomped down on her and turned her into a Junko pancake. ...I still get a feeling of distress just thinking about that...
@@liamfunnyman6965 I'm not justifying it or anything. Her only reasoning to do all this was because she was bored. She even admits that it's a horrible reason. She knows that its bad and that's what's exciting. She even said that she felt really bad for murdering her own sister, but she did it cause the despair makes things less boring.
@@bhafferty5184 That doesn't mean she couldn't have stopped herself if she knew she'd feel bad for it. That's what I would have done. In fact, because I was so desperate to give Junko a second chance, I actually went so far as to begin building a lighter and softer, sitcom-esque AU.
@@liamfunnyman6965 I dont think you understand, she LIKES feeling bad.

When you realized she was singing in her execution
Wow. Junko lost at her own game.
In DR3, Junko recognized how Makoto’s luck and Hope could screw her plans over. Mukuro asked if she should kill him, and Junko told her not to. After all, what greater despair is their than your own failure!
How did she survive being executed, like, six times in a row? Simple: each and every one killed one of her personalities 'till none were left. Also, it's animation, stop taking everything literally! It doesn't have to be realistic, all it has to be is believable within it's own rules, this applies to any fictional story and is what people mean when they talk about suspension of disbelief. It's required for a fictional story to work, otherwise you're never gonna get past it not being realistic, be it Harry Potter, LotR or Danganronpa. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk.
