Use the air trainer for like five rounds I go to the very far right area I put the dummies on mirror and walking and I put my ammo on infinite and set the round timer for one minute I try to kill as close to 60 dummies as I can within that minute and it really helps before I hop in my mattress to get warmed up

what does recoil mean
Its like kickback, you see when guns start moving up and shooting more spread out, thats recoil. so high recoil means when you shoot, the more you shoot the more the gun will drive itself upwards and the more spread out its bullets'l be
