My name is Christine Riccio! I love comedy and reading fantastic books. Yeah man... I get your Gilmore Girls obsession. It's weird and strange and consumes me. I started a rewatch it recently and I actually started CRYING during the first episode because I was sooo happy to be watching it again.... like SERIOUSLY!? What is this witchcraft!!?!?!?

Between midterms and watching supernatural I literally haven't read a book in two months. I hate but I don't because supernatural. THE STRUGGLE and now I want to write and watch supernatural and read and not fail at school and get into my town's youth orchestra and...you get the idea.

It's June!! Sorry that bugged me. Thirty days has September, April June and November, all the rest are 31 except for February who stands alone, 28 is his full share and 29 in each leap year 😊😊😊

These are always so funny to watch because, I too, write stories and to see another being just as excited is really motivating. lol
THE SWAN PRINCESS WAS MY CHILDHOOD!!!!! I loved it so much and watched it so often and none of my friends ever liked it. But I was obsessed with it to the point that if I had access to the Internet and was old enough it would have become my first fandom
Here is a funny story with Rick Riordan. So I went to his Magnus chase thing, and he was talking about how he was 13 when he wanted to publish his first book. He sent it to an editor, and it was rejected because he was too young. His mom was so proud of him for writing a book, she kept that rejection letter and framed it on a wall for all to see. So whenever he walked home, there it was. On the fireplace for him to see everyday when he got home from school. One day, his house burned down, and guess what the only surviving item was. His rejection letter😂😂😂😂

I understand this so well, I've watched Gilmore Girls 5 times through and I still always feel like watching it again. It's just consuming, every character is written so well and it always fills you with that happy feeling
Hey, I have a tip for you to keep up your reading, I sleep with an audio book playing on a device, the only downside is it keeps playing after you fall asleep, but if you use overdrive then you can set a sleep timer so it doesn't keep playing, but what I do is bookmark where I'm at when I start to get drowsy and then the next night I just go to where I bookmarked it and fast forward as needed. I'm a huge fan of yours so I hope this helps!

One way to remember what months have 31 days is to put your hands in two fists next to each other and then count your knuckles and the indents in between them so January on your left pinky knuckle then February in the space and continue with July and August both on index finger knuckles until you end with December on a space. Kind of confusing explanation but I'm sure Google could explain it better. Also yay for writing!!
Also, you can use the helium free browser download to watch Gilmore Girls and write at the same time without having two tabs technically open because helium will ignore and clicking or typing.
I use this method all the time and I haven't met anyone else who uses it. everyone uses the rhyme, but it is so much easier using your knuckles

Gilmore girls is my favourite ever thing, i watched it with my mum when i was quite young and i've been rewatching it since it's so good, it's not even like a show it's just life like i can always come back to any random episode and feel at home, can't wait for the revival

I LOVE your book writing episodes. Just 'cause I want to know how the writing process is with other people. I don't have a writing group or close friends who are as serious about writing as me, so I'm kinda in my own writer's island, and I always wonder whether the things I'm doing are common or idiosyncratic. I love Gilmore Girls. My first year of uni I brought the complete series DVDs with me and my roommate and I would binge watch 8 episodes every Friday (she brought Charmed and we watched that on Saturdays) We ended up finishing the whole series by the time our first year ended. That experience cemented our friendship and now we are BFFs. Gilmore Girls is everything. I could watch it over and over again. I get your struggle.

In the words of Rory "you have much knowledge." Omg! The Gilmore Girls is an Awesome show!! I fell in love with the show when it started on the WB network and then switch to CW network. I got the DVD when they came out. It took forever before Netflix and Google store had the show available. In the words from both Lorelai and Rory have a "fro yo or ho cho."

Ah the Gilmore Girls spiral. That show got me through university. Anytime I was stressed, needed something on in the background (which of course drew my attention), or just wanted to procrastinate - I would throw it on. I've watched the first 3 seasons about 20 times each probably. Maybe more. It's a sickness! Favourite show of all time. Good luck with your book! Can't wait to read it :)

I started watching Gilmore girls when it came out I bought the DVDs as they came out I can't even tell you how any times I have seen each episode. There was a period of time where I only had the DVDs and no cable and I would just watch the entire series and then Literally when I was done I would start the series over and watch t all again and again and again. So I share your affection for that show and I understand. Can't wait to read what you have written when you are done!

I had watched the first five episodes of Gilmore Girls last year and two weeks ago I decided to continue with it and now I'm about to finish the sixth season. I'm obsessed and when I'm not watching I feel the need to go on netflix and continue. It's the first time this happens to me with a TV show!
I completely agree with you about ages! If a book is good then it doesn't matter. I know a fifty year old whose favorite book is Gregor the overlander.

With all the fanfiction stories I've written, or at least attempted to write, (I've never actually finished writing a story except for single-chapter short stories) I always write the story from beginning to end one chapter at a time.

You can just count your knuckles and the spaces between your fingers to know which month has 30 days and which has 31. So you start counting from the knuckle of your index finger and make that January, and then the next month February is the space between your index finger and your middle finger. And you just continue counting like that, the months that land on your knuckles are months with 31 days while those that land in the spaces have 30 days. Once you finish your first hand, you shld end at July, then you start counting again on your other hand starting from the knuckle of your thumb.
Haha the second you said "What else is there?" I was like THE SWAN PRINCESS! And then you started quoting THE SWAN PRINCESS! I may be a bit too old to love that movie, but then again . . . I'm an eighteen-year-old girl who watches Bill Nye the Science Guy in my free time. I rest my case.

To remember how many days each month has, I do that thing where you put your fists next to each other (pinkies on the outside). Knuckles mean 31 days and the dips between the knuckles is 30 days
