Hello Gaurav, If there are multiple incidents for an issue, then there will be a major incident as well. So should we create major incident and problem ticket both? Pls answer

Hi Anil, Its very easy to switch as ServiceNow Developer. The only thing is dedication. Learn about the platform first and its different elements. ServiceNow has good career growth.
