Hi Shashi, when they say 20 days is it for working days or 20 normal days. It is hard to know when exactly to contact them. I did my 1st application and was refused in 17 days but re applied and it is already 18days when must be 17days. is it normal and when is it best to contact them. because now its weekend and not sure if it is included in the processing days. Could you please confirm the days if you can
