This is a lovely home. Talk about a room with a view! Sitting on your deck looking at the pool and the sea is worth the money! Of course the Victorian decor is not for me it would need updating in the certain areas but the house and location is great!

The wooden furniture looks like they were designed by local craftsmen rather than award winning designers. The lace curtains throughout the house looks tatty as well.
Now..you made me going back to rewatch the video... Update: the house extends too close to the side boundaries..the front and back spaces are good...I always take into consideration the length and width to decide how to spread the house...

Location 10… can’t beat a home right by the ocean and price is good. Only issue is would need to do a lot of updating in the interior….

Needs alot of work on the inside. Especially the kitchen....It's horrible. I would totally change EVERYTHING on the inside. Tiles have got to go.
