My raleileigh ends up havn his special to 1 turn reduced does I need a specific push for the crewmate ability?

Yes, you need to limit break him enough so he can resist special rewind by 10 with his sailor ability

Which unit deals with cp0's resilience on the first team? I tried the exact same team (except 5* drake) but didn't get the additional damage at the end of turn.. thanks!

In the first team, maybe try to swap and activate the Arlong Crew and then replace Rayleigh with a Paralysis remover (if you can get more damage or better slots even better). If you feel like you lack damage in stage 5 (which i doubt) you can also maintain both Drake activations for that stage
