Hello, I’m thinking about putting this on my Christmas list for my chair in my room. I have a couple questions. Is it just designed for your lower back? Or can you move it up and down the chair. And does the battery die quickly or does it have a pretty good battery life? Thank you.

You can definitely move it to whatever area of your body needs the massage (legs, shoulders, etc) though it's designed for your back. Battery life is decent, it'll last longer than you'd want to have it running for a massage session.
