You're blessed to be alive! My hubby was blessed just like you. He had his pulmonary embolism on his 61st birthday last year on our way to catch a flight to Vegas. I'm a retired nurse, and I refused to let that clot beat him. I make sure he gets plenty of fruits and veggies and exercise. We're not dead yet. May God continue to grant you good physical and mental health 🙏

Praises to the most high! So glad you're home. I was in a wreck in 2013 and I was in pain everytime I turned. I went to chiropractor for 2 months. I started back linedancing and it helped me a while lot. Physical activity is important! I can't bend without being in pain, I have to squat. My sciatica nerve was damaged but I still try to get some dancing and some waking in. I can't do some simple things that I used to but I'm still here and very very Thankful for each day I see!
