As you build beautiful homes, builders must also pay/ take interest in the well maintained streets. If each builder takes interest in this project every street gets paved. Should work with the city to accomplish this matter.
Felt too much open spaces, or it looks like thus in the video. Unnecessary design tiles, wood columns, all adds to cost.
Walls should be simple. Use of paintings and other decorative materials should enhance the beauty of the interior.
But having shower enclosure is great feature.
