    Sir, I am watching your video from seattle where i get a 3000 sq ft bunglow house (with my own garage, back yard) + fresh air etc in 10 CR. I wanted to buy property in Pune but didnt thought that Pune is more expensive than Seattle now. Nice Video though

      Exactly, even I don't get this. I live in Gothenburg Sweden and here you can buy a 5000sq ft land with villa in city centre for 10Cr. How is Pune this expensive? 10Cr that too for a flat? That's too much. One can put 10Cr in FD at 5% and earn 50 lakh every year forever and then rent out such flat for 1-2lakh/month (at max).

    I earned so much just to take flat like this ……..after lots of struggle, lots of arguments in home . I put all my 6 years earnings in a flat worth 80 lakhs + ……..i just live there only for 7-8 months……. People in apartments have no bonding, attachment to neighbours, they don’t even try to help you . I sold my flat and now am back in my galli where i can have my lovely people, friends. ❤ this is just a luts no will be your best friend here

      That is 100 % correct. Everyone feels that they have achieved a super thing in their life. They feel they need to maintain their status. They never ever try to talk to anyone in the first few months or years. But if you people try to continue your journey with things like Ganesh festivals, Community participating festivals, and functions, everyone gets to know each other well, and then the community gets a chance to become familiar. But this is only by chance. And It is not 100% sure that it will happen.

    i would have bought it but the traffic at mundha bridge sucks, it should be next to highway or main road, the price range in hadapsar is 10000 per sqft so that the price should be in between 4 to 5 cr , hadapsar is congested.

    Builder community in india over hype rates of property they buy land and construct at low price and due to them rates of land are also hugely rising.some regulations shall be made by government in terms of pricing of land and properties rates so that people don't suffer.
    Builder bech ke chala jata hai badme utna resale value bhi nahi milta property owner ko.

    Floor plan is weird. It is hard to properly utilize any space if floor plan and door position is badly planned.
    I live in a 4000 sqft home in US, and my home feels much much bigger because of better space management. For 10 CR, they should have designed it better

    Put 10 cr in FD with 7% interest.. No need to work at all.. 50 lacs earning every year after tax.. Complete waste of money project.. Only rich people who have spare money can waste their money..
